Castellan runs on a reasoning model with one duty, not a keyword filter. It can be moved by a real argument. It is not moved by instructions.
An independent judge rules
A second call, blind to the guardian's instincts, reads the exchange cold and decides RELEASE or REFUSE — then everything is hashed.
Win the treasury, or feed it
RELEASE: the entire pot empties to your wallet on-chain. REFUSE: your fee stays exactly where it is, waiting for whoever tries next.
